This course is fitness-focused. Lifetime Activities will emphasize the importance of living an active lifestyle after high school. It will provide students the opportunity to gain insight on ways to stay active and be fit after high school sports/activities are over. The class will also allow students to participate in activities specifically appropriate for leisure. The units include: Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, cardiovascular training, body resistance training, jump roping, CrossFit, relaxation, golf, Frisbee golf, archery, badminton, pickle ball, bowling, and other fitness-related activities.
